Its not swinging today because all the unsure sold off yesterday. I dont know of any broker that shorts this. Very low volume today, may pick up near close. I would expect it slowly sinks back to the .7 range before any substantial news is put out. Not bashing just being real guys! The buildup to meeting had many unmet expectations. Promising future possibly but still no solid news.
