These transactions are laughable.

"Rosen has filed an Amended Complaint. I have skimmed it and the only difference I see is a change in the named plaintiff.
NICOLE O’CONNELL, whoever that was, has been replaced by Gary Zagami, whoever that is.
Mr. Zagami reported the following acquisitions at the indicated prices:

Common Stock7/20/15 2000 3.45
Common Stock7/6/15 1000 2.08
Ms. O'Connell had reported:
