Judge Martha Cook didn't buy it, and neither am I. Perhaps SFRX will provide some "competent evidence" to the new Judge. Thus far nothing but Kyle and a few others are believing such a tale.
Besides, hasn't the Defendant stopped? Or does it matter if the word "kannon" or "koward" is posted, as the latest pile of horse crap filed suggest?
The pps is where it is because SFRX is a failure of a company and the business model is about as stupid as they come.
Searching a site that has been searched for 10 years is like walking the floors. Unfortunately there are "marks" out there that think the business model might work.
What if they had bought $10MM in lottery tickets instead of $10MM in losses for a "kannon" HTQ already found?
