You are absolutely correct. Margrit was doing fine, selling PP shares and making plenty of money for her operational needs. Then the bashers came along. Once they started posting, the PPS declined and she couldn't sell PP shares at favorable prices. This led to a downward spiral and ultimately the current collapse.
It isn't so bad. Margrit had a good thing going prior to the bashers. If she hadn't screwed up and forgot to buy the appropriate tax stamps, the company status might have been different as well. I think the only thing Margrit can do now is sell the company to Donald Baillargeon. Don is a marketing genius and can turn lead into gold. Yes, you may have to suffer thru a reverse split but just load up after that and enjoy the ride!!!!
