I just got off the phone with Amazon. I asked "I realize this is a silly question but just to confirm I was speaking with a real Amazon.com chat rep, do they ever display their first and last name in the chat texting box?"

Her response, "depending on the country where the representiative is currently located, they often times do display two names."

Soooo...... that answers that issue.
