As you spell out, if history is to indicate what we, from a shareholder perspective, should see from this event...
....nada.
And perhaps, that is not the intent of this event, but..to my recollection, whether it be scientific, or financial, none of the "events" have had positive impacts on the SP at that time.
I believe you could color us : "All dressed up, with nowhere to go."
Hopefully, this will change soon. (FOR THE BETTER)
