So you believe it would be ethical for Milagros to have a modus operendum of knowing that they will be sued due to their plan (to do a merger behind FINRA's back) and then move assets to another corporation when that happens?
Firstly I do not see HOW they could do such a merger but just the idea that a plan like that existed would lead me to steer far far far away from such a company.
