I'm not defending him but some of his posts are definitely pro Milagros which is where it strongly appears we will in fact be shareholders. And IMO FIRNA was the one who F'ed this up in the first place. We still do not know why they gave CRGP a U3 halt and then let it trade again which almost never happens? If they would have not halted the company we wouldn't be in this position in the first place. I want to know why the halt and so will many attorneys if this all comes unraveled. And why let it trade again? What EXTRODINARY event happened and then magically disappeared in 10 days?
Has for the grey market buys after the announced merger completion I know nothing of what happens to those shares nor do I claim to. My shares were all pre-halt.
