The explanation for this was a very good one. The auditing firm was hired back in April. Jerry paid them a flat fee for a two year audit. They are very close to it being done but the auditing firm is always asking for a missing receipt or a receipt for something new. They are small items but they add up and count. I work with accountants and I know this is how the game works. People need to chill out and stop making the small items into something bigger than it really is.
