YES! Thank you very much. Unfortunately, on June 16th when the dividend was declared the high of the day was only .0297 so the dividend was still over 25% of the pps. So no matter how you try to defend CRGP there is no loophole. They screwed up. I don't think they were aware of the 25% rule. I don't think it was anything more sinister. But it does show that JJ doesn't have a clue what she is talking about blaming it on FINRA/DTCC.
