I am annoyed with TDA and FINRA. I sent a message to TDA three days ago asking if ALL shareholders are entitled to participate in the merger, including those trading on the greys at this time. I included the comments from JJ saying that the merger had already taken place and that the grey shares would not be included.
I received a reply stating that I would hear back from someone in 24 to 48 hours. That was 72 hours ago ....grrrr..
I then called FINRA and was transferred to the OTC department and got a voicemail......I left the same message and have not heard back from them.
I know what the answer to this question is, but I wanted affirmation from these two entities to post/sticky to this board ....I thought it may act as a fire to keep the wolves away from our campsite.
