Only reason I believe the O/S is over 3 billion is because prior agreements with Anglo-Asia. I have no idea what happens to their deal with calissio. If they have the ability to convert the would have been the majority share holder. I believe that they havent sold a single sale since the conversion date. IMO Maybe they were the ones that voted to go private?
