perhaps the Does are the brokers though not identified yet as they need input from the TA which was delayed. Or perhaps the Does are 50 largest dividend receivers and needs the TA input.
If the default judgement TA lets the Does off the hook, then it doesn't matter really.
Does anyone know how the case moves forward with the TA and the 50 Does if at all?
