Class Action Against Finra IF
if this all goes sour for all of us (especially for those who have bought shares since the halt...
We still haven't heard why it was halted- Went to grey killing pps
IF CRGP is bogus and doesn't exist- This should have never began trading again. Thus the shares purchased since halt would have never been purchased...
I wasn't in crgp in time for the DIVY- but if that money is found out to be fraudulent and they oked it- divvy should have never went in to accts and HALT should have went into effect then--- all shares should be covered- because I may not have invested in crgp to begin will, all of you would used the divvy to buy more shares- would of never had the chance to rebuy-
A lot of mental anguish has hurt a lot of folks - especially Etrade account holders- with possible margain calls- funds on hold - which kept you from investing in other tickers that could have made $$$
Not giving up yet - but we may want to start planning for the worst.
