In my opinion that's not the case, I think etrade is short, and using the divy as an excuse to hold funds while they are actually using everyone's funds elsewhere trying to make up their loses.. And I think finra is helping them. I personally think that's why they halted it, so shorty could cover. Again, all my opinion
