Yes, it will be interesting to see how Etrade interprets a judgment (if COR gets one). If Etrade interprets that they can keep the client's dividends then KABOOM....there will be some lawsuits coming at them. Nowhere is there any legal language that states that they can go after the divvy from CRGP shareholders.
