Green Cures Inc owned controlling shares of GRCU. I guess that makes you correct since Instep "bought out" the controlling interest in GRCU and becomes the majority shareholder. That would imply Instep have controlling say over new BOD, whether Cruz comes or goes, etc, etc. Whether Cruz has negotiated staying on or Instep negotiating that they had no use for him and he had to leave will be known soon.
