It is a pink sheets stock being pumped by a couple of wanna bes that do not realize the preferred shares are going to dilute the hell out of this thing, one preferred share is what 10,000 common shares, multiply that by 10 million preferred about to be issued and you have how many billion.... this is a sucker bet for kiddies to lose their wad on.
