It's almost a bad thing to have a Facebook page for a company like this in it's early years. It can be great by generating a lot of hype, but can lose a lot of investor potential when they go to the page and see how toxic some investors are plaguing the page with frustration.
If anything, people need to seriously bring up the social media page at the shareholder meeting and stress to Jerry that with today's business world the Facebook page needs to be very professional and customer service friendly.
He needs to address people as if it was PR. Maybe they need to hire someone. Even the posts he puts up are links. He needs to submit a picture and just include a title with the link to find out more info.
