Not true. I have asked GC about this and it does not affect ambs Lympro. Also with the briefs ten companies submitted with previous cases that supported all patents this will be overturned. These are tactics shorts are using to scare people out of shares. Ambs is helping the other company by submitting a brief. So is Novartis among others. Are u short?
