You are 100% correct. Companies can not do as they please but what is so very disconcerting to me is JJ/Lilly/Whoever's comment that when they are sued that it will be held up in the Mexican courts and then Milagros will move to another corporation. That kind of mentality is not the kind of thing I want coming out of the mouth of anyone who is promoting the company. And THEN he/she/it says that they are going to invest $100k into the new company??? When they believe they are going to scam and move to yet another corporation?? Who thinks like that except for crooks?
