Have to vent, sorry if folks don't like it...
The hardest part about what is transpiring is that none of it seems to be supported by anything of being in the best interest of shareholders.
A simple .01+ buyout would likely be welcomed by all the approximate 200m retail shareholders. It would also create a little squeeze on any shorts.
In the absence of the above, a ratio or even the basis of what might used to determine a conversion ratio would put shareholders at ease. This is a HUGE factor as they could the PPS in the grays here or a real valuation based on fins/etc. The impact could by a 300-> 1 or 1->1 Why we have no clue on this is starting to irritate me.
Nebulous merge is complete but no communication with FIRNA and still trading
There must be a reason for keeping shareholders in the dark though I still haven't put my finger on it. There is a high stake chess going on here and us retail investors are just a small part of it.
Not bashing or looking for cheap shares. All of my posts here and on crap-hub support that.
