Look up Nasdaq rule 11140b(2) which covers the 25% rule. All are entitled to dividend up to the ex-dividend date which will be two days after the payable date. Look it up.
CRGP screwed up if they did not understand the 25% rule. Just like they are screwing up now if they don't understand FINRA has to be involved in the merger.
