FINRA and DTCC already screwed up dividend and then halting....why do you think they decided to go private.
FINRA was notified of merge and that's final, I don't think they are waiting for any approval from FINRA, merger has been completed.
We now own shares in Milagros, how much and at what price is the only remaining question!
