I have. Mine posts are factual about him as he is a litigant in a case plus I mention things about him personally and his gun store, etc ...
But then the real personal insults being where he labels me as a gay internet stalker and has linked me to security fraud crimes and the SEC is investigating me, yadi yadi yada. That's where I draw the line as that info could damage me personally and Shelly could give a shit.
But because this guy also supplies the SEC with information about the previous leadership being charged, I forwarded his post to the SEC attorney trying the case asking her if I'm being investigated and made sure she know's what lies people are spreading that give her information as well. And that it came from HUB and this happens daily on every board.
