I find it hard to believe we're getting a 1:1; I personally would gain nearly 10 million dollars, and I just can't see any scenario where that would be financially acceptable by a small company.

We'll have to wait and see, but I would hope people temper their expectations about the pricing; I'm personally hoping for the estimated 27 cents to at least be equivalent to the .001 dividend so I can recoup the dividend I reinvested.
