Disappointing, I would had answered with a lawsuit of my own. Nevertheless, we already knew about the lack of response. Hope it's a buy-time tactic.
Another hearing should be scheduled now (default hearing) and that's the last chance for CRGP. If they don't show COR wins.
Being in the middle of a merger is sufficient excuse for not responding the first time.
Lets see how it goes. By that time, the big tamale (Merger-NSS) should be defined.
