CRGP's default. U.S. District Court of Nebraska. CRGP is a no show and now in default.
My understanding is that another 20 days are given for a default hearing. If CRGP doesn't show, then the judge will favor the plaintiff.
A party can have a default judgment vacated, or set aside, by filing a motion, after the judgment is entered, by showing of a proper excuse.
