So whats everyone takes on valuations.
My thoughts are.
Boreal Water Facility / water rights worth roughly 3-5 million give or take
Current China Deal with Vanguard worth roughly 3-5 mil a year also.
Current Client deals with Wataah / Fred (including their growth) worth id say atleast 1 mil (i honestly think a few million extra here but thats me)
If this new deal goes through easily 10-20+mil (max capacity deal is plenty of rev to wipe out debt / provide excess cash flow / share buybacks etc)
This roughly together would be 10-11 without the new deal, roughly 20-30 with the new deal if not higher. (more likely around 40-50)
Current Market cap showing on etrade is 2.4 million dolalrs.
2.5 ~ figured, into 10 is a 4x growth from this PPS
2.5~ figured into 20 is a 8x Growth PPS
2.5~ figured into 50 is a 20x Growth PPS
Then if "longs" got together and struck up a deal with Francine to retire X% of our shares, if she retired X% of her restricted shares with us....
Even if a small group retired say 50% of shares they owned (longs have easily 800+million locked up here) thats on a lowball 200-400 mil shares
Francine owns 2.7 billion. 50% of that is 1.35 billion
Added together is 1.5-1.7 billion shares magically overnight gone from this stock.
Added with valuation of the stock / company / deals.
I think realistically a small run could spark when the shorts cover, i think it could sit over 0020 - 004 ranges tomorrow from this.
Next week start getting news trickled in 8k / 8k / 10q / news / news type of trickle say it takes 2~ weeks total if they stagger it.
Easily run this to .01+ with an actual base formed at a penny if not 2 or higher.
Considering I have been in runs this year alone that had PROVEN scam CEOs and PROVEN fake PR's still do 800%+ in a day. I think this is very CONSERVATIVE.
Say hypothetically we get all the big news everything trickles in perfect we run nice / people sell we dip / new people buy we run etc etc.
I think its safe to assume a good balance out .008-.02 range
Then if that 1.7 billion got PR'd as instantly retired.....
Skyrocket to .05+ off that alone
(most companies i have been in, in the past just PR future planned share buybacks gets them 100-400% gains, and most dont ever finish it... this would be instantly retiring it)
Ive just been number crunching in my head.
Curious others takes.
Also another sideball that could be tossed out at literally anytime is, St-Elie merging with Boreal. Considering Francine is majority owner and CEO of both and if Boreal hits capacity i forsee this happening quickly.
I think even without knowing St-Elies fins its most likely worth 5-10 mil atleast aswell to be added on.
Let alone the simple fact of Hype and Runs in the OTC can net companies 100x current real value on financials.
Take a look at THC* i was in that earlier this year from a little under 05-31+ and at that time it had ZERO proven sales and a simple amazon sell site anyone can list up. It hit at one point a market cap of over 90million dollars during the run. (proven fins were not even 1 mil)
Just saying I think pennys is a serious possibility and i highly think alot of things could come to pass and we could see some quick shots to .02-.05-.10+ ranges depending how they well they time news releases.
