It's very simple. JJ is saying that the shares purchased in the last two weeks will not be included in the merger but the way a merger works is that FINRA gets notification of the merger and they stop trading the stock at the request of the company and THEN the merger takes place. FINRA is not going to allow Milagros to dictate that some shares are included in the merger and some are not, it does not work that way. So....either JJ is confused, or JJ is lying OR Milagros is confused ....in any case it simply is not going to fly that FINRA is going to approve a merger based on the stock continuing to trade and no notification to them until two or three weeks after Milagros says the merger took place. Will not happen.
