We're primed for blast-off any day now. If I were in control of press releases I'd wait to do anything until Friday afternoon at 3:45 -- then drop a bombshell.... the panic would be glorious to behold. But it would smarter to wait until the current market uncertainty is resolved.

I agree that the market makers are manipulating this, with ease. The question is, would they bother doing this on such a (recently) low-volume stock, in this low-price category, if they didn't have some incentive.... like a deal with a good (hedge fund) client? And I don't see any reason why they would do so if they didn't have some kind of deal going on.
