Hopefully the FAA is ready soon. Anyone know if any investment banks are lined up to help with share structure, debt structure? They will need to raise debt to buy airlines and buyback shares when their revenues are able to support the debt service. (only reasonable amounts) I would like to see Goldman Sachs or Lazard Frere. Baltia will need some major consultation on the financial aspects of their business. $12k accountants won't cut it after certification.
