Your PM to me stated otherwise. To not honor the shares trading these last weeks is screwing shareholders. The LEGAL way you do a merger is to advise the FINRA to halt trading in the stock and then do the merger. If you believe they are not going to honor all shares traded these last two weeks then that is illegal and will result in litigation from FINRA as well as class action from those who hold those shares.
To say that they will simply move to another corporation is to say that you support a criminal company. That gives you zero credibility in my book.
