Sorry about that guys, but Igor had to raise the authorized shares in order to accomodate my PP purchases.
The good thing is that you now know where 1 billion of those shares are......in the hands of a Baltia Long and Strong.
That is correct....between yesterday and today, I brought my holdings to just over 1 billion BLTA shares............and I am holding on to these babies for the long haul.
Also keep in mind that even thiough the authorized shares were raised, that doesn't in any way effect the actual outstanding shares until those shares are actually sold......and as of right now (at least until we get word of a passed mini), I am pretty much the bulk purchaser of any PP being placed.
How do I know?.......I just have to look at the sequence number of my certificates.........
Further, and although in my case it really doesn't matter (because I am holding for years to come), but you should also consider that any of these new shares being sold today from this newly raised authorization have at least a 6 month restriction on them before they can possibly hit the open market.
You are still in really good hands......actually BETTER.....because you can have the confidence in knowing that Baltia IS being funded to certification and beyond......................
