It is my understanding that fractional shares will not be issued. That would cost you exactly 1 share. I wouldn't worry about it. Figure it out. How many shares do you have? Say you have 700699 shares. you would get 1000 shares of the new company but you still would have the 700699 shares of FITX.

It's not worth worrying about.
