In many person's opinions the entire site is link to hedge fund operators and the goal is to assist them to bring businesses down.
One Adam Henry has decided to call me by full name on the board I frequently use. I protested this several times and it was like talking to a brick wall.
Now people will think I'm a gay sexual predator that trolls the internet all day and I've also been linked to security fraud. And they allow him to do this.
That will hopefully answer your question on why they allow it. The absolutely encourage it. Sad but true.
