shorts leaving pps alone till its up to .015 then knock it back to .008 for some profit and over and over till they can't anymore(i.e LOTS of volume). IMO
an interesting aside: NFLX sell rating today on cnbc-
somebody will need to fill nflx gap- i think NTEK will be one of the gap-fillers IMO
