Take the number of shares you owned on the 6th of Feb of NTEK and divide it by 724K, that will give you a percentage of what you owned of NTEK at that time.
Next, multiple that number by 15M to determine the amount of shares you own of NTGL pre-fwd split then take that number and multiple by 10.
