If it were to happen today using yesterdays closing price the new shares would be roughly $3.01. I suspect the share price will be well North of that by issuance time.
BC has a great Executive Employee Agreement that incentives him to perform well. 5% of Gross Revenue, 10% of the sales price if the company is sold, and a one time payment of $2,000,000.00 if we get our MMPR (grow license).
