IFCR. talked to ceo (fuselier) tonight. they got Nebraska walk thru finished. took longer than they thought. apparently a Jewish holiday is coming up so auditors won't make Arkansas till next wednesday. he said audited 10k will be out the next week. He said convertibles are about finished and very few left. after 10k is out he said there will be no more holdups as q's do not have to be audited. no more audits till next 10k. Sounded very upbeat. wants badly to get all of this done and behind him.
