Ntek owns approx. 80+% of Ntgl after the Distribution of 150,000,000 sh's. based on ownership of Ntek shares on Feb. 6. Ntek will pickup profit or loss based on their ownership%. Just like if we (Ntek) had excess cash they could buy GM stock as an investment for dividends and share price appreciation. Only difference they would never own controlling interest. In summary the better Ntgl does as a separate company the better for Ntek. Hope this helps.
