I don't believe you are giving enough value towards NTEK for the majority shares NTEK owns of NTGL. As NTGL SP continues to rise who will be one of the biggest benefactors? Yes you got it NTEK !
I am not 100% sure but I believe it was mentioned by NTEK mgt that NTEK has a majority shareholder interest in NTGL. At any point in time NTEK can choose to sell a portion of their stake in NTGL or perhaps when Gaming is acquired (and this is going to happen) NTEK will make a huge windfall from the sale !!
I am counting on this to stave off any A/S raise in combination with NTEK's growing revenues from all this content getting loaded at an amazing pace.
