Wow. Pretty big news here today.

At least the PPS isnt tanking on the buyout. Also, according the the PR it looks like they are "adding" the food and bev line so I hope the CBD component remains intact. That's what got me here in the first place.

New website and BOD announcements within the week should shed alot more light on the situation.
