its not that they are or aren't fully functioning. it's that they are making promises and not delivering on their promises and that is a big deal to me.
if they never mentioned anything about audited financials over the last several months and promising their delivery and missing their delivery dates I would not be that concerned about it, but they have made promises on several things and not delivered and that raises concerns for me, and should you too, as an investor.
