Its not want we want, its what Milagros wants. They are in control here.
Its not if they want to avoid FINRA/DTCC/Transfer Agent, they already have!
They do NOT need us to fill out any forms, they have Nobo list for this,
filling out form is just another way to guarantee we get our Milagros shares
