CRGP already announced merger in PR...CRGP website says merger is completed...that's enough info for me. I would imagine cut-off date for the Nobo list is September 10. Whoever was foolish enough to buy after that date will most likely not have them rolled into Milagros shares.
I tell you I am satisfied with them going private and seriously thinking of investing another $100,000 into Milagros. The quarterly cash divi alone will make for a great investment!
