I doubt that is what he meant, as NTEK gave NTGL a cash LOAN, that means NTGL will have to pay them back. NTGL is a separate company which allows the audits to be completed faster and uplisting after the S-1 is filed.
the benefit for us is we get free shares after the S-1 is filed and based on the price it traded at yesterday, my shares would have been worth over $10,000
Not a bad dividend if you ask me.
