Almost 70 million shares traded and BLTA closes UP 12.5%!
Someone has to know something to have that kind of up-to-this-point unheard of confidence.
I can't remember a day with this kind of volume, and then to close UP 12.5%!
I have to believe a decision is coming soon.....and with that kind of confidence, it looks like it will be a favorable one!
