$14.5 million was for San Pedro mine ($3 million in books). Jovita mine is $6 in books, if paid in the same proportion as San Pedro, it would be $30 million. Plus 3 million per quarter from normal operations, plus equipment, El Desvan mine. Value is around 60 million.
