I emailed Milagros and received the same reply as you all did, so I did email a screen shot. I gave them my address too. They have the last 4 numbers from my account at ETrade...the same one I can't use anyway cause of the halt, so if someone tries to take it, they aren't going to be getting anything! ha, ha. I didn't receive the follow up with the paperwork to complete for the shares, but that was just yesterday.
